HIGH SCHOOL POSTER CONTEST

15 High Schools across Utah participated in the 3rd Annual Traffic Safety Poster Contest. In conjunction with the theme "Zero Fatalities," students chose from a variety of topics including: texting while driving, driving friendly, aggressive driving, seat belt use, impaired driving, child safety restraint use, motorcycle safety, teen driving, drowsy driving etc. One grand prize winner and eleven finalists were chosen. Finalists received an iTunes gift card, an award certificate, and a 2010 Traffic Safety Calendar where their poster will be displayed.

The Grand Prize Winner, Cathy Levitre from Woods Cross High School, received an iPod and iTunes gift card, a 2010 Traffic Safety Calendar featuring her poster on the front cover, and was recognized and awarded a plaque at the Zero Fatalities Safety Summit Award Luncheon September 30, 2009.
